Hi again! It's been months since I last updated this blog. Nagtatampo na sigurado si blogger. Haha. I have been very pre-occupied with a lot of things - the latest is this Tee Shirt business that we put up several weeks ago. So far so good, except that most of the work is done by yours truly. Hehe. I'm having fun though because designing and printing shirts is fulfilling in a way. You get to print shirts according to how you want the text, color or design should be. I don't have to buy expensive shirts anymore with designs that I don't completely like.
For the past few days, we've been getting orders from friends and we never expected this much! Good thing also we haven't put up our site yet because for sure, I won't even have 5 minutes of my time doing this post.
For this reason, I'm calling graphics artists
out there who could help us in successfully meeting orders now and in the future. You can check out the ad on the upper left corner of this blog for details. Soon I'll also post the link of our site once we have the capacity to do so. Thank you!

My Long Awaited Graduation
But to tell you the truth, it was I think two days when it came to me, that I am finally graduating. I still don't have the clothes and sablay to wear, clearances to take care of etc etc. Maybe I'm just denying the fact that I won't be seeing most of my classmates and professors anymore. I am kinda sentimental on these things. Kinda accustomed of going to UP every evening sharing sentiments to my classmates. Yeah, ironic as it seems, but I think I will also miss the feeling of getting agitated every time hellweek comes or feel excited when the professor won't able to come to class.
It was 2006 when I decided to take up my masteral and after 10 i-dont-know-if-i-could-finish-it trimesters, I am done. I am so proud of myself for making it this far and I couldn't have done it without my friends, my mom and officemates who have been very understanding and supportive with what I was going through
So what's next? That I keep on asking. I suppose I should be applying what I learned on the business that we run and probably start another business along with my new and trusted friends. Other than these, maybe I'll take another subject to learn, perhaps this time more on the physical aspect. Hopefully also, I will have more time sharing my thoughts in this blog and visit more blogs as possible to check what's happening in the real world and to my online acquaintances. For now, I'll take a little breather and probably focus on what to do to improve our agency. :) Again congratulations to us! Job well done!

Post Compre Exam Blog
Hi Guys! Long time no see. Case you forgot, its lalaksut doing this blog.
Sorry I've been gone for I think a month since last talked about the stupid film of Vic Sotto. It still remains stupid so let's forget about it. I also apologize to the people who have been putting their comments and asking for approvals.
I have been very "busy" with so many things lately (with Facebook basically, haha) that I forgot updating my blog.. I just had my comprehensive exams in MBA last week and I never felt so relieved after 2-weeks of excruciating day and night review. I even took a leave from the office so that I can really focus. I guess everyone did the same because not passing the exam would mean no hanging of the 'sablay' on the shoulder. I don't want to go through such shame and hassle of retaking the exams all over again. Sana po wag na! We're still waiting for the results on Friday.. Rumor has it that out of the 80 students who took the exams, 33 failed at least one subject. Still we're as worried as when we were preparing for the exams. We're praying na makalusot.
I also had my birthday last Feb 10! I wasn't able to celebrate because of the reviews.. But still I was happy because of the puppy I received from my dearest chatmate. I felt rewarded as soon as I get hold of the pup. (If you're reading this, gagantihan rin kita! Hehe) His name is Ponzi and he is a golden retriever. He was quiet when we picked him up but as soon as he stepped in the house, his true wild color came out. Two months lang kasi kaya normal lang na maging makulit. I still find him cute.. Plan to really train him hard so that I can bring him in UP or anywhere else na pwede makapagjogging. Lumaki na tyan ko kakaupo. Paliitin ko lang ng konti para hindi na ko bumili ng bagong pantalon..
So now I'm back to my desk here in Alchemy Advertising. Have to be extra masipag to cope up with the lost opportunities when I had a leave. :) I'm really hoping that I can put into proper use what I have learned in my business course. But still, I would want to post a blog from time to time. Miss those people who frequents my space..
Have a nice day guys!

I'll never watch a VIC SOTTO movie again! | Iskul Bukol Review
We don't go to our hometown, Baguio or Hongkong like others do during long holidays. We always end up going to the mall and do whatever we can to kill time. It's been quite a tradition to us to watch a movie - this is our way of family bonding.
Of all those years though, I always feel that the movies we've watched was never worth the buck we spent! We've tried to a horror flick, we end up laughing. We tried watching a sci-fi/adventure/fiction, we end up leaving the cinema. This year, we were torn between Tanging Ina ninyong lahat and Iskul Bukol. Because of Tanging Ina's corny trailers and rather later screening time, we found ourselves paying four tickets for Iskul Bukol. I wasn't expecting much because I have already watched dragging Enteng Kabisote movies before.
So in the cinema we went. After waiting for I guess 20 minutes of commercials, we finally saw the first scene of the movie.. Enteng (or Vic), was going ala Indiana Jones stealing a stick of some sort from a tribe that eventually saved Iwa Moto (this was the last scene she was seen). Vic was an archaeologist for a mission to decipher something. Actually, I didn't get the point of the whole movie. Parang chopsuey. Nagpunta sa Cambodia, nag under the sea, tapos reunion, tapos kung ano ano. I'm not in the position to tell how it ended because I slept from the midpart till the ending! Ngayon lang ako nakatulog sa movie. I felt that the title Iskul Bukol wasn't the best title for the film. The only Iskul Bukol there is probably the presence of Miss Tapia. The movie should have been tagged as ENTENG-DIANA JONES or BOSING GOES TO CAMBODIA. Walang kwenta talaga. Corny ang jokes, dragging at nakakaantok. Sayang lang ang 180 pesos. Bumili na lang sana ako ng medyas!
In short, the movie is crap similar to other Enteng movies or all MMFF movies for that matter! To think that this is the currently the second highest grossing?? What the heck. Ano na nangyayari sa taste ng Pinoy? Pababaw ng pababaw! The only consolation probably is the good cinematography. The scenes are sharp and crisp. But still this does make the movie as a whole any better. By the way, if your a fan of Sharon Cuneta, she has a special cameo here. So if you want her, go watch her. I don't know how much convincing was made to make her appear on the movie.
As for me, I swear not to watch any of Vic Sotto's movies! I'm also contemplating on watching any of MMFF movies next year! Ilalabas rin naman to pag may Pacquiao fight.
Hope this note will serve as a warning.. By the way I have nothing against Vic, it's just the movies he makes.

UPMBA Batch 2009 Christmas Party
The party wasn't fancy, just simple, but the people and the place are great. Some of them I haven't really talk to for more than hour perhaps in my whole MBA life but if I had the chance I would really want to share some laughing time with them. The food was ok as well. Potluck. And the beer was just overflowing. Bestfriend JOEY, who by the way won the best NIGHTCAP turned red Chinese all throughout the party. Nice.
We played some games that blew my head away laughing. The MBA pips definitely had fun playing HEPHEPHORRAY (popularized by the WOWOWEE program)BEER DRINKING, MODIFIED TRIP TO JERUSALEM among others. Congratulations by the way to the ever competitive yet pretty Lina for winning most of the confusing games. She had so many chocolates after the event. Nanalo rin pala ako sa isang game na di ko alam yung pangalan. Basta the game was to put masking tape on body parts that start with letter P like pusod, puson and you know what. Hehe. The time flew so fast during that time. Buhay pa rin ang dugo till 2am! This is probably the last party I'll have with my MBA batchmates and I am so grateful to grace the event. Last na to hopefully kasi if not, I probably did not pass the final compre exam that I have to attend another batch party! Sana naman hindi.
I'll surely miss these guys. Sana after ng MBA life we'll have more parties to attend and liquors to drink. Hehe.
